Leadership Facilitation Workshop Preparation:
To prepare for the workshop, a brainstorming team meeting is held to elicit workshop topics, expectations and goals. Your team is supported in the co-creation of the workshop agenda topics, expectations, goals and timing. Julia assists with additional agenda and workshop preparation tasks.
Leadership Workshop:
The entire offsite team workshop is guided by Julia as coach, facilitator, and moderator.
Workshops can accommodate valuable additional coaching parts as they are relevant for your leadership team:
