The Leadership Circle Profile (LCP) is a powerful tool to identify your leadership effectiveness. Beyond a detailed snapshot of your current leadership style, the LCP provides a deep dive into the specific skills, behaviours, and competencies that shape your leadership.

With the intention of helping you grow as a leader, it gives the opportunity to explore objectively both how you see yourself, and how others see you.

Working with LCP Results

You’ve taken the 360° Leadership Circle Profile. The results are in. Working on and with the results of the Leadership Circle Profile is what will have a profound impact on your leadership.

 

Julia will schedule a debrief meeting with you to:
  • define your role and place in the organization
  • discuss your leadership influences
  • review qualitative feedback
  • review and interpret the leadership circle profile graph
  • identify gaps between intention and impact 
  • discuss areas for growth
  • gain better awareness and a leadership development plan

The LCP profile allows the coach to draw on a multitude of frameworks to help clients grow as a leader. After this debrief, there are two options to continue: 

Option A: We meet for a one-time check-in one month after your debrief to review your progress in all identified areas of your profile. 

Option B: We start or continue regular coaching sessions to give you a chance to work on all aspects of your LCP feedback and grow as a leader.
